After much anticipation, the Arroyo Mustang Makerspace opened its doors on February 6 to all of our bright and talented makers, creators and inventors! The Mustang Makerspace (Room 21) came together through generous donations of previously loved materials and hard-earned technology grants.

Students jumped right in and began their first Design Challenge - Build a bridge using only 25 popsicle sticks and 3 feet of tape that is capable of supporting as many toy cars as possible.

Next month, students will be delighted to work with our new Dash and Dot robots. Coding, critical thinking, and team work will all be needed to meet the next challenge!
