The students of Arroyo had an opportunity to spread kindness around like confetti as they celebrated Kindness Week from January 30 - February 3. The week started off with a warm welcome as students entered campus to a lively cheer squad of parents and students. Students were recognized for all their acts of kindness with their good deeds written down on paper used to create links in a massive "kindness chain" that looped all around campus. During the week, students had a chance to spread cheer with kind craft activities during recess, such as writing thank you cards and sending hug grams. Thank you to Kindness Campaign chairs, Tamar Dorna and Amy Kassardjian, as well as all the parent volunteers who helped put on a positive and successful Kindness Week!
